Your credit card will be charged in your local currency (if displayed on our website) or in $ USD when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
Sales Tax
In accordance with government laws, iTedel must apply appropriate sales tax (VAT) based on the shipping address provided and the current tax rate at the time of purchase. If sales tax changes before products are shipped, the tax rate at the time order is invoiced will apply.
Tax-Exempt Orders
If an order is placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, including those using Form W-9 in USA, please send an email to service@itedel.com. Be prepared to provide proof of state or country tax-exempt status for the state or country in which the product is being shipped. A representative will advise you on how to fax/email your tax-exempt certificate in order to initiate the tax refund process. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Organizations and/or individual names on the order must match the country tax-exempt certificate exactly. Newmillex, LLC - USA. does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
